Why is there no sound on my Innovative Technology VJB-125 when using Bluetooth?

If there is no sound from your Innovative Technology Jukebox when using Bluetooth, first ensure the unit is switched to Bluetooth mode. Then, check that the volume on both your device and the unit are turned up. If the issue persists, move your Bluetooth device closer to the unit, and as a last resort, try turning both your Bluetooth device and the unit off and then back on.
