PROBLEM
We do not have any audio when capturing
feed from our device.
Please check if your system is accessing your audio
devices. Some systems have an audio management
configuration that may interfere with USB audio
devices.
For example, if you are using Dell computers, you
probably have Dell Optimizer software installed.
This software interferes with our devices when the
“Remove My Background Noise” feature is enabled.
Disabling it will solve your issue.
