Using Your Chest Mount System

Insert J-hook Mount

Insert the surface J-hook into the groove on the surface J-hook mount until it clicks into place.

Attach Camera and Wear Harness

Secure your GoPro camera to the J-hook using the thumb screw, then put on the chest strap.

Remove J-hook from Mount

Press the buckle on the J-hook and slide it out from the chest strap mount.
