Usage Features

Assembly: The scooter requires minimal assembly. Users need to unfold the handlebar stem and fasten it, then unfold the kickstand. The wires inside the handle and stem must be firmly connected, and the handle slid onto the stem, ensuring correct orientation. Six screws are then installed using the provided hex wrench. Finally, users should verify that the scooter can be powered on and off.

First Ride and Activation: Before the first ride, users must read the "Riding Safety" guidelines via the mobile app. The scooter is not fully functional until activated through the app. To activate, users need to install the app (Bluetooth 4.0 or above required), power on the scooter (a blinking Bluetooth icon indicates it's waiting for connection), and then connect via the app by clicking "Vehicle" -> "Scan for Vehicle." Once connected, the Bluetooth icon will stop blinking, and the scooter will beep. Following the app's instructions will activate the scooter and provide guidance on safe riding.

Riding Instructions:

  1. Starting: Stand on the footrest with one foot and push off with the other to start gliding.
  2. Acceleration: Place the other foot on the footrest for stability. Press the throttle on the right hand to speed up. The motor engages once the scooter reaches 1.86 mph (3 km/h).
  3. Braking: Slow down by releasing the throttle and squeezing the brake lever.
  4. Turning: Shift body weight and turn the handle slightly.

Safety Warnings (DO NOT):

  • Ride in the rain or get wet.
  • Ride over speed bumps, thresholds, or other bumps at high speed.
  • Keep feet on the rear fender.
  • Press the throttle when walking with the scooter.
  • Contact obstacles with the tire/wheel.
  • Carry heavy objects on the handlebar.
  • Ride with only one foot.
  • Ride on public roads, motorways, or highways.
  • Rotate the handle violently at high speed.
  • Ride through puddles or other bodies of water.
  • Carry passengers or children.
  • Ride when pregnant.
  • Touch the hub motor after riding (it can get hot).
  • Take hands off the handlebar or ride with one hand only.
  • Ride up and down stairs or jump over obstacles.
  • Use a mobile phone or earphones while operating.

General Safety:

  • Always wear an approved helmet and other protective gear.
  • Maintain a moderate speed and be aware of potential hazards, especially during hard braking, which can lead to loss of traction and falls.
  • Always keep both hands on the handlebar to avoid loss of balance and serious injury.
  • Be alert and scan ahead for obstacles and low traction surfaces.
  • Comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Do not ride if you have conditions affecting balance or physical activity.
  • Ensure rider weight is within stated limits.
  • Riders under 18 should ride under adult supervision.
  • Check for loose fasteners and damaged components before each ride. Stop riding immediately if abnormal sounds or alarms occur.

Folding and Carrying:

  1. Turn off the scooter.
  2. Turn the safety hook counterclockwise and open the quick release lever.
  3. Align and hook the snap hook and the buckle.
  4. To unfold, disengage the snap hook from the buckle, fold the handlebar stem up, close the quick release lever, and turn the safety hook clockwise.
  5. When folded, lift the scooter by the stem to carry.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning and Storage:

  • Use a soft, wet cloth to clean the mainframe. For stubborn dirt, use a toothbrush and toothpaste, then wipe with a soft, wet cloth.
  • WARNING: Do not wash with alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or other corrosive/volatile solvents, as these can damage the scooter. Do not use a power washer or hose.
  • Ensure the scooter is powered OFF, the power cord is unplugged, and the charge port rubber cap is tightly sealed before cleaning to prevent damage to electronic components.
  • Store the scooter in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, which can accelerate plastic aging and reduce battery life.

Tire Pressure:

  • Inflate both tires equally to 32-37 psi.

Battery Pack Maintenance:

  • Do not store or charge the battery outside the specified temperature limits.
  • Do not puncture the battery.
  • Recycle/dispose of batteries according to local laws.
  • Charge the battery after each ride and avoid complete drainage.
  • Battery performance is best at room temperature (70°F [22°C]). Performance decreases below 32°F (0°C), with range potentially halved at -4°F (-20°C). Range recovers as temperature rises.
  • A fully charged battery should retain power for 120-180 days; a low-power battery for 30-60 days.
  • WARNING: Do not attempt to disassemble the battery, touch battery contacts, or dismantle/puncture the casing. Keep contacts away from metal objects to prevent short circuits (risk of fire and electric shock). No user-serviceable parts. Do not charge or use a damaged battery or one showing traces of water.
  • Damage caused by over-charging or under-charging is not covered by the Limited Warranty.

Warranty:

  • Warranty service is provided in accordance with consumer rights and product quality laws.
  • It is recommended to retain the original packaging for 15 days after receipt for safe transport if service is needed.

  • Non-Warranty Regulations:
    • Unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, intake, accident, improper use of non-product accessories, or torn/modified labels/anti-counterfeit marks.
    • Expired warranty period.
    • Damage caused by force majeure.
    • Failures due to human factors (e.g., excessive wetting, puncture, drop, scratch, outer casing damage from normal use).
    • Commercial use of the product voids all warranty conditions.
  • Caution: Hex wrench, connecting pipe, and other consumable component parts have no warranty.
