Install standoffs into chassis that match the desktop board locations.
Align the back panel with the I/O shield and secure the board to standoffs.
Push the lever down and away from the socket to release it.
Rotate the socket lever to lift the load plate away from the socket.
Align processor Pin 1 indicator with socket chamfer and lower straight down.
Lower load plate, secure lever under tab, ensuring socket cover is removed.
