5.0 Install a 2.5” SSD or Hard Drive
Intel® NUC NUC9VXQNX, NUC9V7QNX, NUC9i9QNX, NUC9i7QNX and NUC9i5QNX
support an additional 2.5” Solid State Drive (SSD) or Hard Disk Drive (HDD).
Find compatible 2.5” drives in the Intel Product Compatibility Tool:

NUC9i5QNX
Note:
1) The internal FPC Style SATA/Power SATA 6.0 Gb/s powered port is available on NUC
9 Extreme/Pro Compute Element but is not usable on the NUC 9 Extreme/Pro Kit. The
SATA cable and the drive bay are not provided with the Kit and should be purchased
separately.
2) 3.5” drives are not supported.
