What to do if Interacoustics Measuring Instruments headset is not recognized by Luna Software?

If the headset is not being recognized, first ensure that you are using Windows® 10, as it's the only supported operating system. The Luna software is not compatible with Windows® 7 or 8. Next, verify that two 'USB Serial Device (COMx)' entries appear in the device manager when the headset is plugged in. Finally, ensure that only one instance of the Luna Suite Software is running.
