Insert chip card into the SmartOne billing terminal slot.
Press F1 key to select copy mode from the screen.
Contact helpdesk if 'Card not registered' message appears.
Check subsidy amount or revalidate ID if no subsidy is present.
The copy functions screen will appear on the printer display.
Press the 'Senden/Send' button on the printer display.
Select '0001 scan2folder' to set the scan destination.
Adjust scan options like color, resolution, and file format.
Set scan parameters including color, resolution, and file format.
Press the start button to begin the scan.
Press F1 to switch back to print mode and confirm scan job.
Visit the website to log in and download scanned documents from the 'Scans' section.
