Right click this icon and select “Update Driver Software”.
On the next screen select “Search Automatically” for updated driver
software”.
The PC will now begin to search for the correct driver software.
Note: In order for Windows to find the driver software the computer
must be connected to the internet.
Finally, Windows should find and install the correct drivers. At this
point, the computer should now recognize the scanner.
3. If after completing the steps mentioned above the computer will still not
recognize the scanner, try resetting/rebooting the scanner using the
following steps: Note: This action will not remove/delete any data from the
scanner. It will simply power off the scanner and completely reboot it.
