  If the red indicator light is on during use of your Intex Swimming Pool Heater, several issues could be the cause: * The water temperature might be too high. The heater will automatically cut off power when the water temperature exceeds approximately 95°F (35°C) and will resume working when it drops below 82°F (28°C). * There may be no water flow. Ensure the filter pump is turned on. * There may be low water flow. Make sure the plunger valves are open (if any), the filter cartridges are clean, and any trapped air is released from the circulation line. Also, check the direction of the water inlet and outlet hoses and reverse them if necessary. * The heater might be tilted or tipped over. Ensure it remains upright at all times.
