l Make sure you have cleaned the filter as suggested. Clogged filter may result in
reduced performance.
l All house exits (windows doors etc) where the dehumidier is operating, should be
shut.
l Room temperature is below the advised operational range.
l There is a kerosene heater or something giving o water vapor in the room.
l The room that the device is placed is bigger than suggested.
l The humidity level is too high.
l The air lter is clogged.
l The device is tilted instead of being in an upright position.
l The oor surface is not at.
l This is normal. This unit is supplied with an Auto defrost feature.
l Check the correct installation of the drain hose.
l Check for any blockage or damage of the drain hose.
Humidity sensor error-- Power o unit and temporarily unplug allowing device to
reset. If error persists, call for service.
Temperature sensor error-- Power o unit and temporarily unplug allowing device
to reset. If error persists, call for service.
Unit malfunction-- Power o unit and temporarily unplug allowing device to reset.
If error persists, call for service.
Refrigerant leakage detection— Unit auto detects refrigerant leakage, if this occurs
the EC code will appear. Power o unit and temporarily unplug allowing device to reset.
If error persists, call for service
Unit is defrosting-- Allow the unit time to automatically defrost. The protection will
clear after the unit self defrosts.
The water tank is full or is not in the right position. Empty the water tank and replace
it in the right position.
