If your pet is getting out, it could be due to several reasons. First, the Power Cap® unit in the Titanium Computer Collar® unit might be dead or weak, in which case you should replace the Power Cap® unit. Another reason might be that the transmitter power supply is not plugged in, so you should ensure it is plugged in properly.
