Non Warranty Regulation
In order to protect your legal rights and avoid unnecessary losses, product failures
or damages caused by the following reasons are not covered by the Warranty Ser-
vices, and our company is not obligated to provide free warranty repair:
1. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance or protection by users;
2. Damaged caused by irresistible external factors such as re, oods, earthqua-
ke, etc.;
3. Damage caused by disassembly by unauthorized service providers;
4. Performance indicators or technical parameters meet product design and
specication standards
5. Other cases of treatment that do not meet normal use.
Friendly reminder: As the package is required to ensure the security of the product
during transportation, we recommend that you keep the package for at least 3
years from the date of signing.
Warranty Card
“This warranty card is an important certicate for requesting warranty service.
Please ll it out and keep it with your system documentation.
In case of return of this product, please ll in this form and send it together with the
return label.”
Packaging
“In the event of a return, please be sure to return the product with its
original package, and do not attached any labels on the original
packaging. If there are any problems with the original packaging, the
manufacturer will not provide a replacement but instead can only offer
a repair service.
As products from our store are all electronic products, we would really
appreciate it if you would take extra precaution to use shockabsorbing
packaging materials.”

essential. Our company does not provide data backup or recovery
services, nor does it assume any legal liability or responsibility in this
