Why am I not receiving email or SMS messages in my Iridium Cell Phone ZOLEO App?

If you're not receiving ZOLEO email or SMS messages in your ZOLEO App, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure your ZOLEO communicator and app are properly linked. If the Weather and SOS tabs aren't visible, try connecting them. Check your internet coverage; without it, position your ZOLEO communicator for good satellite coverage and connect it to the app. Also, power saving settings might delay message delivery, especially if set to 60 minutes. Try manually checking for messages or adjusting the power saving setting for more frequent checks.
