Remote Control Functions:

The remote control provides comprehensive control over the speaker's functions:

Operating Instructions:

  • Connecting with Sound Source: To play music, connect an audio cable from the sound source device to the AUX input.
  • Powering On: For AC/DC adapter use, place the POWER button in the ON position. For DC 7.4V battery use, place the POWER switch in the ON position and ensure AC power is disconnected. Adjust volume knobs as needed.
  • KARAOKE MODE: Plug a microphone into the MIC input port and move the MIC switch to the "on" position. The optimal wireless microphone distance is 10 meters, and a minimum of 3 meters from the device is recommended to avoid feedback.
  • FM Radio Tuning: Repeatedly press MODE until FM radio mode is selected. Press the play button once to search and program stations. Use the Previous/Next buttons to navigate preset stations.
  • Bluetooth Connection:
    1. Repeatedly press MODE until "Blue blinking" appears on the MP3 player.
    2. Enable Bluetooth search mode on your phone or device.
    3. Select "iR-4000" from the list of available devices to pair. "Blue" will be displayed steadily upon successful connection.
    4. Press Play/Pause to start playback. Use Previous/Next to navigate audio files.

Maintenance Features:

Battery Guidelines:

  • Initial Charge: Charge the device for 4-6 hours before first use.
  • Low Battery Indication: A blinking green indicator light signifies low battery. The unit should be charged immediately. A steady green light indicates a full charge.
  • Battery Longevity: It is recommended to charge the device within 24 hours of a low battery indication to prolong battery life and prevent longer charging times.

Safety Guidelines:

  • Electric Shock Risk: Do not open or dismantle the speaker. Refer all maintenance to qualified authorized repair personnel. Opening the device voids the warranty and poses a risk of electric shock.
  • Power Supply: Only use the provided AC/DC adapter or the built-in DC 9V battery. Using other power supplies can damage the speaker and void the warranty.
  • Environmental Exposure: Do not expose the equipment to rain, moisture, strong sunlight, or high temperatures.
  • Object Placement: Do not place objects (especially liquid-containing ones) on the equipment to prevent damage.
  • External Amplifier: Do not connect the equipment to an exterior amplifier to prevent damage to the sound system.
  • Volume Level: Play the equipment at an adequate sound volume level to avoid hearing damage or equipment damage.
  • Overheating: Use the equipment in a well-ventilated environment to prevent overheating.
  • Power Cable Protection: Ensure the power cable is not stepped on or pressed by heavy objects, and do not drag it forcefully.
  • Extended Non-Use: Remove the power cable from the outlet and power off the unit when not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting:

  • No Sound:
    • Check power plug insertion and power switch position.
    • Verify audio cable connection.
    • Ensure speaker volume is at an adequate level.
    • If in battery mode, try plugging into a wall outlet to confirm the battery is charged.
  • Karaoke with Sharp Noise:
    • Adjust the distance between the device and the wireless microphone.
    • If using two wireless microphones simultaneously, increase the distance between them.

Equipment Noise:

  • The unit has a distortion prevention feature. If unwanted noise occurs, remove and reinsert connected audio cables one at a time. Maintain a distance of 2-3 feet from each cable.

Antimagnetic:

  • Keep the speaker at a safe distance (2-3 feet) from other magnetic devices like CRT monitors, TVs, and mobile phones to prevent unwanted distortion.
