5.3 LOAD OF PRODUCTS
• Avoid overlapping of foods.
• Do not cover the containers with insulating fi lms or lids.

We recommend the use of trays and containers, the less deep as possible but no greater than 6.5 cm; In
addition to better performance it is recommended to load the containers with a maximum 3.5 kg of the
product and with a maximum thickness of 8 cm rapid reduction or 5 cm for rapid freezing.
Note For compact products with a high fat content, or large pieces, to reduce the thickness further.
• Maintain a suffi cient gap between the trays to allow proper circulation of air.
