What to do if the Isotherm Freezer is running but not cooling?
- SSara CampbellAug 2, 2025
If your new Isotherm Freezer runs but doesn't cool, it might be due to a gas leak or insufficient gas in the system. Check the connectors and tighten them by hand until snug, then use a tool for a quarter turn, but don't overtighten as this can damage them and require replacement. If there's a gas leak (indicated by lower than normal consumption), locate it by pressurizing the system with a maximum of 5 bar of nitrogen and then seal the leak by welding.
