5. Installation requirements and installation
Note
• Only mountthe TV wall bracket with the help of a
second person. Getthe support and help youneed.
• Dierentend devices have dierentoptions for
connecting cables and other devices. Before
installation, ensurethatthe necessary connections will
still be accessible afterinstallation.
• The same mounting kit is included with all of our TV
wall brackets. Depending on the product and mounting
type, youmay notneed to use the entiremounting kit.
Unneeded screwsand other small parts maybeleft
over, evenifthe wall bracket is properly mounted. Keep
these leftoverparts with the operating instructions in
asafeplace, justincase youmightneed them lateron
(e.g. should youmove, sell the product, mountthe wall
bracket in adierentlocation, buy anew TV,etc).
Warning
• Before installing the bracket,ensurethatthe wall on
which the television is to be mountedissuitable forthe
weightand makesurethatnoelectrical wires, water,
gas or other lines arelocatedatthe installation location.
• Please note thatthe provided wall anchors areonly
approvedfor concreteand solid brick walls.
• If mounting the product to walls made of other
materials, obtain suitable mounting material from a
specialistretailer.
• Observethe other warnings and safety instructions.
• Proceed step-for-stepinaccordance with the illustrated
installation instructions (Fig. 1 .).
6. Setting and maintenance
Note
Only adjustthe TV wall bracket with the help of asecond
person. Getthe support and help youneed.
• Screwsdonot have to be loosened to adjustthe angle.
• Check thatthe bracket is secureand safe to use at regular
intervals (atleastevery three months). Only use wateror
standardhousehold cleaners forcleaning.
• Pull the safety cord downwards forsecuring, hang the
carrier arms in the wall plate and letsnap into place by
releasing.
