What to do if Itamar Medical Equipment fails to establish a connection?

If the Application cannot find an active Itamar Medical device, and there is no blinking on the device cover, ensure the battery is correctly placed and press SCAN AGAIN. If it is blinking, move the device closer to your phone and press SCAN AGAIN. If the RED blinking continues after pressing SCAN AGAIN, the device may be faulty and needs to be returned.
