This document describes the itek™ Wired & Wireless Charging Station (Model: 4PQW-6/0887), a multi-device charging solution designed for household use.
Function Description
The itek™ charging station serves as a centralized hub for recharging up to five USB-compatible devices simultaneously, helping to reduce clutter in your home, office, or hotel. It combines both wired USB charging ports and a wireless charging pad, making it versatile for a wide range of modern electronic devices.

Usage Features
The charging station is designed for ease of use and convenience:
- Multi-Device Charging: Recharges up to 5 USB devices at once (4 via USB ports, 1 via wireless charging).
- Wired Charging: Connect your USB-compatible devices (e.g., cell phones, tablets, e-readers, game pads, GPS devices) to any of the four USB ports using your own USB cables (not included).
- Wireless Charging (Qi-compatible): Simply place your Qi-integrated mobile phone on the designated wireless charging area.
- Note: Ensure your device is compatible with Qi wireless charging. For optimal charging, ensure the phone is correctly positioned on the wireless charging area. Thick phone cases may interfere with wireless charging and should be removed if necessary.
- Clutter Reduction: The integrated storage slots and wireless pad help organize devices while they charge, minimizing cable mess.
- Power Connection: Connects to a standard AC wall outlet (100-240V, 50/60Hz) using the included AC power cord.

Maintenance Features
To ensure the longevity and proper functioning of the device, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Clean only with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents.
- Environmental Protection:
- Avoid exposing the device to liquid, moisture, or humidity, as this can affect internal circuits.
- Do not expose to extremely high or low temperatures, which can distort plastic parts.
- Do not dispose of the device in fire.
- Physical Care:
- Prevent contact with sharp objects to avoid scratches and damage.
- Do not drop the device, as internal circuits may be damaged.
- Disassembly: Do not attempt to disassemble the device, as this may cause damage and will void the warranty.
- Troubleshooting (Charging Issues): If the unit does not charge a device, ensure that the USB charging cable (for wired charging) is well-connected.
- Limited Warranty: This product comes with a limited warranty extending to the original consumer purchaser.
- Warranty Duration: All materials and workmanship are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date.
- Warranty Coverage: Covers defective materials or workmanship. The warranty is void if damage results from accident, shipment, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, improper service, commercial use, unauthorized repairs, or other causes not related to defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover components like LCD screens, glass parts, lenses, or bulbs. The warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA and Canada, and has not been used in violation of written instructions or altered.
- Warranty Performance: During the warranty period, a defective product will be repaired or replaced with a reconditioned comparable model (at the manufacturer's option). This repair or replacement will be covered for the balance of the 90-day warranty period plus an additional one-month period, with no charge for repair or replacement.

- Shipping for Service: Manufacturer is not responsible for loss or damage during incoming shipment. Package the product carefully, insure it with the carrier, and include your full name, return address, daytime phone number, a description of the problem, and a copy of your sales receipt or proof of purchase. C.O.D. shipments are not accepted.
