  If the F-RAT does not operate, you can try the following: supply 24V DC, remove the cause of error and release the error, check the wiring and rewire correctly. Also, match each driver card type (NPN input/output / PNP input/output) with the input and output signals on PLCs (NPN input/output / PNP input/output), and use the same voltage to be input as the power supply voltage.

  If the transfer surface isn't switching correctly on your ITOH DENKI Industrial Equipment, you should perform the initial setting (teaching setting), remove the cause of error and release the error, check the signal input and input timing when the transfer surface is switched, and check the setting of the driver card for M3: drive switching switch.

What to do if trays get stuck when loading/discharging with ITOH DENKI F-RAT-NX75 Industrial Equipment?

  If trays are getting stuck during loading/discharging, ensure that you align levels of the load conveyor and the F-RAT. You should also set either carrier wheels or rollers on the top of the surface according to the loading direction, and run either carrier wheel MDR (M1) or roller MDR (M2) according to the loading direction until transfer ends. Consider replacing the carrier wheel cassette including the slow rotating wheels.

What to do if trays get stuck when discharging with ITOH DENKI F-RAT-NX75?

  If trays are getting stuck during discharging, make sure to align the levels of the discharge conveyor and the F-RAT. Additionally, set either carrier wheels or rollers on the top of the surface according to the discharging direction, and run either carrier wheel MDR (M1) or roller MDR (M2) according to the discharging direction until discharging ends. Replace the carrier wheel cassette including the slow rotating wheels, and do not run the drive switching MDR (M3) until discharging ends.

  To resolve speed setting issues, operate the switch on the driver card for M1: carrier wheels [CBK-109] to change the carrier wheel speed, and operate the switch on the driver card for M2: rollers [CB-016] to change the roller speed. Also, check the external and internal speed settings, and change the speed according to the settings. Use the common power supply 0V.
