  If your iWeld Inverter's feeder motor is running but there's no wire feed, the issue might be due to several reasons. First, check the roller pressure and ensure it is set correctly. Second, verify that the roller groove diameter lead is correct; if not, install the correct guide roller. Third, a dirty wire guide in the handle could be the culprit, so clean the wire liner. Finally, if the electrode wire is blocked, replace the contact tip.
