The flash does not work.
Possible Cause Solution
The flash is turned off. Toggle the flash button to the Flash
On mode.
The flash is still recharging Wait for the flash to recharge. When
it is ready, the Flash display light
glows orange.
The photo is blurred.
Possible Cause Solution
Either you or the subject moved
while you were taking the photo.
Try again.
The lens is dirty. Clean the lens and try again.
The subject was too close for the
fixed focus.
Stand at least 3 feet (one meter)
from the subject.
The photo has jagged edges.
Possible Cause Solution
The monitor is set at low
resolution.
Adjust your monitor display settings
according to the instructions on page
15.
The photo has been enlarged for
printing and the print quality is
poor.
Reduce the size of the photo to 6 x 4
inches (w x h).
