gearshouldbecoatedwithredlead
inthreepoints,and2-3teethshould
coatedineverypoint.Thenrotate
gearsclockwiseandanti-clockwise
togetthetraceofcontactarea.(see
therightfigure).Iftoothcontactarea
doesn'tconformtotherequirement
showedinfigure(a),adjustittocon
formtotherequirement.Iftracedevi
atefromconvexorconcavetooth
root,addadjustingshim.Iftracede
viatefromconvexorconcavetooth
top,reduceadjustingshim.
Correctcontacttraceshoulddeviate
fromtoeendoftooth,asfigure(a),
tracedeviatefromconvexorcon
cavetoothroot,asfigure(b),trace
deviate from convex or concave
toothtop,asfigure(c).

1.Hyperbolabevelgearrequiresa
strictstandardoflubricating,only
canbefilledwithspecifiedgearoil.
Don'tuseormixwithothergearoil,
orelse,itwillresultinquickened
scratchandwear.
2.Don'tremoveoradjusttheconical
gearsandbearingsoffinaldrive,for
theyhavebeenmatchedandadjust
edinfactory.Removingandadjust
ingshouldbedoneonlyasthegears
arewornandthegearclearanceis

beyondthespecifiedvalueorthe
bearingaxialclearanceistoolarge,
orthedamagedpartsmustbere
placed.
3.Cleantheventplugregularly,dis
assembleitwhendoingclass-one
maintenancetomakesureventilation
expedite.Ajammedairdraincan
bringhigherairpressureintherear
axle,whichwillresultinlubricantleak
fromthedrivepinionsealandother
weldingline.Checktheleveloflubri
cantinaxlehousing.
4.Foranewvehicle,lubricantshould
bereplacedwhendoingclass-two
maintenance.Afterwards,checkthe
qualityoflubricantduringclass-two
maintenance every time. Replace
newlubricantifcolor-changeor
thinnesshastakenplace.
5.Dismantletherearcoverwhendo
ingclass-threemaintenance.Clean
theinnercavityandfinaldriveas
sembly,screwboltandnutreferring
tothespecifiedforcemoment.

areconnectedusingrivetorthread
andwelding.Onlywhenallthecom
ponentsareinperfectcondition,can
theframebeusedwell.Havingover
allcheckwhendoingclass-three
maintenance.Tightentherivetand
threadiftheylooseandrenovatethe
crossmemberintimeifthereare
crackandshapedistortiononit.
Shape distortion and damage of
framehavecloserelationshipwith
overloadingandparkinglocationand
drivingcondition(vehiclespeedand
roadcondition).
