The clearance between pad and

towear.Inordertoensurebrake
workwell,adjustitregularlyfollowing
thesesteps.
Jackupthewheelwhichyouwantto
adjustandremovethesealplug.Dial
theadjustinggearofwheelcylinder
pistonalongthedirectionofarrow
neartheadjustingholeonbottom
platewithspecialadjustingscrew
andatthesametimerotatethe
brakedrumuntilthedrumnotrotated
byhands.Thenrotatetheadjusting
gearbackfor5-9teeth,keepthe
pad0.2-0.45mmaway fromthe
drum,sothatthedrumcanrotate
freelyagain.

damaged.Beforeinstalled,thenew
padshouldbeground.Makesurethat
thenewpadhasnotoilcoat,alsohas
notcrackandchapandotherflaw.

drumswithhandsfortemperatureev鄄
erytimeyoupark,adjusttheclear鄄
anceifthetemperatureistoohigh.
Checkwheelcylindersforleakage,
andreplaceleathergasketifleakage
isdetected.Protectdrumsfrombe鄄
ingwrongresultfromoverheatand
otherreasons.
