Clearance between parking brake
drumandfrictiondiscis0.65mm,
andtheupperclearanceisassame
asthelowerclearance.Becauseof
frictiondiscwearing,thisclearance
mustbeadjustedintime.Thesteps
ofadjustingareshownasfollows:
1.Jackuptherearaxletomakeone
wheeloffground.
2.Puttheparkingbrakehandleto
thelowestposition,andshiftthegear
toneutralposition.
3.Turnthesmallholeonthebrake
drumtothelowestside,putascrew
driverintotheholeandtogglethe
gear-typeadjustingbolttillthebrake
drumcanbestoppedcompletely,
andthenreturntheadjustingboltby
2-6teeth.
Ifadjustingaboveisexecutedcor
rectly,whentheparkingbrakeis
tensed,thevehiclecanbestopped
ona20%ramp.
Usingandmaintenance
1.Checkandadjustclearancebe
tweenthebrakeandthebrakeshoe
sliceregularly.
2.Whendoingclass-twomainte
nance,disassemblebraketocheck
wearingconditionofbrakelining.If
thicknessofgaskethasbeenworn
downby2mmbelow,
Disassemble the gasket and re
assembleit.Gasketgluingintensity:
whenboostingtransversely,boost
ingby2.94mpaundernormalatmo
spherictemperatureisnotallowedto
dropped.Gluedgasketshouldbe
rubbingprocessed.Size(afterrub
bingprocessed):R94.50.15mm

Usingandmaintenance
Inordertouseforalongertime,
please charge tire according to
specifiedpressurevalve.Neverdrive
whenpressureisinsufficient.Itis
normalthatpressureincreasesdur
ingtravel,anddonottrytoreduceit
bydeflating.Checkthetirepressure
whentireisnothot.Ifthetwocentral
patternsontiretreadtouchagainst
groundunderfullyloaded,thepres
sureisnormal.
Cleantherustandotherdirtyonrim
beforeinstalled.Itshouldbetalked
onthesurfacebetweeninnertube
andoutertire.Wheelnutsshouldbe
tightenedwithtwosteps.Tightenall
ofthemfirstlybeforetighteningthem
withspecifiedtorqueaccordingto
diagonalsequence.
Check wheel nuts regularly, and
retightenthemwithtorqueifloosen
ingisdetected.
Transpositionoftiresshouldbedone
inclass-threemaintenancetoensure
even wearing. Tires are usually
changedwitheachotheracrossed.
