leftandrightside(Vleft-Vleft,Vright-
Vrightaremidpoint)belimitedto
100mm.
Smalllight
Twosmalllightsareembeddedon
thetwosymmetricalcorneroffront
panel.Theyshouldbeturnedon
whenvehicleparksindarkorfogor
whenvehiclerunsonbrightroadto
showthepositionandthewidthof
thevehicle.
Foglight
Foglightcanlightfurtherinfogthan
otherlight.Theyshouldbeturnedon
whenvehiclerunsorparksinfogor
indarktoensurevehiclecanbe
seenclearly.Foglightiscombined
withheadlight.
Ceilinglight
Theceilinglightismountedonthe
ceiling,anditiscombinedwithin鄄
siderearmirrortogether.Itcanlight鄄
enthecab,anditcanalsoobserve
theconditionbackward.
Battery
Batteryequippedtotrucksofthisse鄄
riesisaneroidandsealedbyaplas鄄
ticcase,andithasabigcapacityas
wellasalightweight.

1.Keepthecasecleanincaseof
dischargingtoreducethecapacity.

2.Makesurethattheholesonthe
uppercapnotchoked,ortheplate
willbedamagedbythevaporpro鄄
ducedbyelectrolyzing.
3.Theelectrolytelevelshouldbe
10~15mmhigherthantheplate.Only
distilledwatercanbefilledintothe
battery.Neverfillthebatterywith
fountainorriverwater,fortheywilldo
harmtoit.
4.Checkspecificgravityandlevelof
theelectrolyteregularly.Doitevery
10~15daysinwinter,whileevery5~
10daysinsummer.Specificgravity
ismeasuredwithgravimeter.Table1
showsnormalspecificgravityofthe
electrolyte.
5.Thebatteryshouldalwaysbeing
charged.Checkvoltageofthebat鄄
teryifengineishardtostart.Charge
additionallyifitisdetectedthatspe鄄
cificgravityofelectrolytelowerthan
1.18~1.20,otherwise,batteryplate
willbevulcanizedanditwillreduce
lifespanof thebattery. Additional
chargingshouldbekeptfor13~16
hours,anditcantakein1/10ofca鄄
pacitanceintobattery.Cutdownthe
chargingcurrentbyhalfaftersingle
cell'svoltagereaches2.4V,andthe
chargingtimeshouldbe3~5hours.
Ifthespecificgravityofelectrolyte
don'triseanymore,andthissitua鄄
tionkeepsfor2~3hours,itindicates
that the accumulator has been
chargedfully.Table2showsthere鄄
lationshipbetweentemperatureand
thecorrectedspecificgravityvalue
ofelectrolyte.
6.Protectthejointofterminalpost
andwirefromdirtandlooseness,or
theterminalpostwillbeburntout.Af鄄
tertightening the joints, apply a
vaselinecoatontheterminalpost
thatcanprotectthejointsfromrust
andloosecontact,sothatengine
canstarteasily.
7.Ifleftunusedforalongtime,the
batteryshouldberemovedandpre鄄
servedinaplacewhereisdry,
shady,cool,andvenrilative.Addi鄄
