Function Description
The air conditioning unit offers multiple functions:
- Cooling: Provides cooling for indoor spaces.
- Dehumidification: Reduces humidity in the air.
- Fan: Operates as a fan for air circulation.
- Sleep Mode: Offers a quiet setting for nighttime use.
- 24-hour Timer: Allows scheduling of operation.
Important Technical Specifications
While specific numerical technical parameters are stated to be on the product's nameplate, the manual provides several important operational and safety specifications:
- Refrigerant: The unit uses refrigerants, and users are warned that they may not contain an odor. Servicing of the refrigerant circuit requires a valid, industry-accredited certificate.
- Room Area: The appliance must be installed, operated, and stored in a room with a floor area larger than 12m².
- Exhaust Hose Length: The length of the exhaust hose should be between 280mm and 1,500mm. Using extension tubes or different hoses is not recommended as it may cause malfunction or overheating.
- Temperature Range: For optimal use, the machine is recommended to operate at an ambient temperature of 7-35°C (44-95°F) in cooling mode.
- Compressor Protection: Features a 3-minute delay booting protection function to increase the service life of the compressor.

Usage Features

- Compact Design: Facilitates placement in various indoor settings.

- Remote Control: Allows convenient operation from a distance. The heat pipe assembly screws into the exhaust port on the rear panel, and the window sealing plate assembly can be mounted horizontally or vertically to accommodate the exhaust pipe.
- Drainage: Supports both manual drainage when the water pan is full and continuous drainage (optional, for cooling and dehumidifying modes) by connecting a drainage pipe to a bucket.
- Safety Warnings: Users are advised not to accelerate defrosting or clean with unapproved means, not to pierce or burn the unit, keep ventilation openings clear, and avoid placing objects in air inlets/outlets. It should not be used in bathrooms or humid environments, and should be kept away from flammable substances and heat sources. Children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced capabilities, can use the appliance under supervision.
Maintenance Features
Regular maintenance is crucial for the unit's performance and longevity:
- Surface Cleaning: The surface should be cleaned with a damp soft cloth. Chemical solvents like benzene, alcohol, or gasoline should not be used to avoid damage.
- Filter Screen Cleaning: The filter screen should be cleaned once every two weeks to prevent dust clogging and maintain effectiveness. This involves unscrewing four screws to remove the EVA filter screen and rear housing, then rinsing the filter screen in warm water with neutral detergent and allowing it to dry.
- Unit Storage: For storage, the unit should be drained completely, run in low-wind ventilation mode until the drainage pipe is dry to prevent mildew, unplugged, and the power cord wrapped. The exhaust pipe should be removed and stored properly. The unit should then be covered with a plastic bag and stored in a dry place, out of reach of children, with dust control measures.
- Remote Control Battery: Batteries of the remote control should be removed for proper storage.
- Troubleshooting: The manual includes a troubleshooting guide for common issues like no power, "FL" display (overflow), poor cooling, noise, remote control malfunction, and error codes 'E1' (room temperature sensor abnormal) and 'E2' (pipe temperature sensor abnormal), providing solutions or recommending professional service.
