12、压脚高度调节（presser foot height adjustment）
调节压脚高度时，调整螺丝的高度，不让压脚和其他零件相接触，然后用螺母进
行固定。When adjusting the height of the presser foot, adjust the height of the screw
so that the presser foot does not come in contact with other parts, and then use a nut
to fix it.
一、下切刀调整（the next knife adjustment）
1、下切刀左右位置调整（under the knife around the position adjustment）
进行下切刀调整时应使缝纫机机针处于上停针点，并关闭电控进行手动调试，
手推剪线电磁铁运动通过刀盘驱动连杆带动下切刀组件向左运动（图 1），动刀向左
移动（机头位置）到最左时，定刀下平面与弯针上平面间隙为 0-0.1mm（图 2），
调节下切刀左右位置可松开紧定螺钉 2，通过调节曲柄 2 左右方向来调节下切刀位
置（图 3），当下切刀组件复位时，下切刀组件刀架与下切刀安装版边缘距离为
1-1.2mm（图 4），如上述条件在调节过程中无法同时满足，则需要通过松开调节
