Permanent light colours
It encourages relaxation and eases tension, with its sooth-
ing effect on the central nervous system; it positively influences
rest and encourages sleep.
It tends to increase blood pressure; it represents vitality

Colour cycles
Comprising four colours (blue/orange/sky-blue/white), the Re-
lax cycle eases tension and encourages relaxation; the orange
touch warms a sequence of rather “cool” colours such as blue
and sky-blue.
A triad of colours (yellow/orange/white), with intervals of sky-
blue and purple, recalling the beneficial effects of sunlight; yel-
low alternating with purple improves your mood and general
psycho-physical wellbeing.
Three basic colours (red/orange/white) and green, as a com-
plementary colour, make up this cycle, which as the name sug-
gests, gives the body energy and vitality.
