Use the diagrams on page 60 for using the machine.
At the start of the day power up the machine with the red STOP button .
Procedure to use the machine :
1. Put your loaf on the rear tray, between the blades and the moving part ;
2. Push the green button.
For continuous slicing mode, push the white AUTO button.
At the end of the day, press the red STOP button to switch the machine off.
Tip : After a few days of work have the blade tension checked by a qualified person.
Capacity: Number of breads cut per day : 0 to 2.000 (depending on the type of bread).
Loaf dimensions (L x w x h) (cm): min. 12 x 6 x 6 - max. 44 x 31 x 16
Safety :
- The opening of the crumb tray will prevent the machine from working ;
- The machine stops working when putting something in the way of the electric eye ;
- The green button flashes when a safety is engaged.
