Download JAM WiFi Home Audio App

Download and install the JAM WiFi Home Audio app from app stores.

Connecting Your Speaker

Connect to Wireless Network

Ensure your device is connected to a wireless network before opening the JAM app.

Verify 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Connection

Confirm your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network as 5.0GHz is not supported.

Select Your Speaker

Choose "JAM Rhythm" from the list of available speakers in the app.

Connect Speaker to Power

Connect the power adapter to the speaker and then to an electrical outlet.

Enter Network Password

Have your wireless network password ready and enter it when prompted by the app.

Connection Mode Confirmation

The LED light blinks blue, and audio confirms "Searching for WiFi connection".

Successful Connection

The LED light turns solid blue and audio confirms "WiFi connected".

Set Speaker Orientation

Indicate if the speaker is placed in portrait (mono) or landscape (stereo) mode.

Choose Preferred Language

Select your preferred language for Alexa voice service from the available options.

Logging Into Your Amazon Account

Prompt to Login

You will be prompted to log into your Amazon account to use Alexa Voice Service.

Sign in with Amazon

Press the "Sign in with Amazon" button or skip this step. Account required for Alexa.

Account Loading and Terms

Account may take seconds to load; agree to Amazon's terms on first login.

Login Success Confirmation

The app confirms successful login and prompts for terms agreement.
