ATTENTION
The coee maker will switch o automatically after around 15 minutes from its operation, to comply
with Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament.
STEAM
• Thiscoeemakerisprovidedwithasteamer(6)toheatmilkorotherliquids.
• Turnthesteamregulator(5)tothe“ ”position,doingthatthecoeemakerwillreachthecorrecttemperature
tocreatesteam.Thepilotlight(4)willstarttoash,whenitisalreadyxed,thecoeemakerwillhavereached
thetemperatureanditisreadytogeneratesteam.
• Pourtheliquidtobeheatedintoajaroranothercontainerandinsertthesteamerintoit.Turnthesteam
regulator(5)intothesteamposition( ).Thesteamwillstarttogooutandthepilotlight(4)willbeashing
atthesametime.
• Oncetheliquidishot,turnthesteamregulator(5)totheoposition“-”,thesteamwillstopandtheindicator
willbexed.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Beforeyouproceedtocleaningmakesurethecoeemakerisunpluggedfromthemains.
• Removethetraytocleanit.
• Cleanthecoeemakerbodywithaslightlydampcloth.
• Donotuseabrasiveorchemicalproducts,metallicscourers,etc.whichmaydeterioratethesurfacesofthe
appliance.
• Onceamonth,dependingontheusethatisgiventothecoeemaker,itisconvenienttoproceedwiththe
cleaningofthedeposittoeliminatethecalcareousremainsthatthewatercanleave.Itisconvenienttotreat
themasfollows:
- Poura50%whitevinegarsolutionintothetankandwaitfor15minutes.
- Pluginthecoeemakerwithoutcoeeinthelterandallowallthesolutiontoowout.
- Next,makethecoeemakerworkonlywithwateracoupleoftimes.
• Cleaningthesteamer:incaseofobstructionusetheincludedneedle(16)tocleanthesteamhole.
