4. Press the cover downwards, using two hands, until hearing a click on both sides of the appliance.
5. Check the state of the indicator light of the “DRY/SAUCES”(green / red) respectively to conrm the sealing
time depending on the product to be sealed.
6. After that choose the desired vacuum pressure (normal/soft) (3/4) depending on the product. The appliance
will begin vacuuming and sealing the bag automatically.
- NOTE. This product provides very high vacuum pressure, therefore to avoid breakages on very delicate
foods check the product during the vacuum period and immediately press the “PARO / STOP) (1) button
after only sealed - solo sellado” button once the suitable pressure has been obtained. The machine will
stop the pump and will seal the bag.
7. The vacuum packing has nished. Press the side buttons simultaneously to open the cover and remove the
bag.
- NOTE
- It is necessary to leave the appliance to cool for 40 seconds before using it again. The continuous
working is not allowed to avoid an overheating of the appliance. The indicator lights will be ashing
during the cool process.
- Eliminate any remaining liquid or food from the vacuum chamber before further packing.
- The appliance is designed to be used with suitable bags. Do not use another type of bag that is not
suitable for vacuum packing.
- Do not vacuum neither seal liquids.
- When the sealing process is nished, do not touch the sealing element (13), it is hot.
III. Vacuuming recipients
1. Clean the cover, the base of the recipient and ensure that it is clean and dry.
2. Place the foods in the recipient and leave at least 2 centimetres between the food and the edge of the cover.
3. Insert the end of the tube in the air inlet (8) and the other end in the hole of the recipient.
4. Press the button (OUTER VACUUM-VACIO EXTERNO) (6) to begin vacuuming. The appliance will stop
automatically when it has obtained sucient vacuuming pressure and the indicator light will switch o.
5. Press the opening pushers (7) and next remove rst the end of the tube from the recipient.
Conservation food time:
The vacuum removes the air from inside the container to prevent oxidation and the proliferation of germs
and bacteria.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Before you proceed to cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged from the mains.
Clean with a slightly dampened cloth.
Do not use abrasive or chemical products, metallic scourers, and such may deteriorate the protection.
After each use, keep the lid opened, you will avoid the sealing foam deforming.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage regulations.
Never throw it away to the rubbish. So you will help to the improvement of the environment.
