AC power or Product modifications, any unit on which the seria l number has been
effaced, modified or removed , or un i ts used for other than home use. This Limi t ed
Warranty is valid only for JBL products purchased from an authorized dealer.

hereby excluded and in no event shall HARMAN or any HARMAN subsidiary be
liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, special or consequential loss or damages

of or inability to use the Product, even if HARMAN and/or a HARMAN sub sidiary
have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To any extent tha t HARMAN

your Product to request warranty service. To validate your right to this Limit ed
Warranty, you must provide the original sales invo i ce or other proof of ownership
and date of purchase . Do not return your Product without p rior authorization from
the corresponding dealer or HARMAN . Wa rranty repair of the HARMAN Produ ct
must be carried out by an author i ze d dealer or s ervi ce cen te r. Unauthor iz ed
warranty repair will void the warranty a nd is performed at your sole ri s k.
