What to do if the Jetboil MIGHTYMO Stove igniter fails to spark?

  If the igniter on your Jetboil Stove isn't sparking, examine the electrode's placement relative to the burner. About 1/8” (3mm) of the igniter wire should extend from the igniter ceramic, pointing towards the burner's center with a 1/8” (3mm) gap between the wire's end and the burner's top. Adjust the electrode if needed, or pull the igniter wire through the ceramic, cut it ¼” above the ceramic, and bend it towards the burner's center as described. If the stove is wet, the igniter might not spark; in such cases, use matches or a lighter, following the lighting instructions.

  If the flame on your Jetboil Stove won't extinguish, tighten the valve as much as possible, blow out the flame, and immediately detach the fuel source. Contact Jetboil for service.
