Display is black or white:
Check the battery status, charge the
battery or replace it.
Check the background image.
Did the phone get wet?
Locked:
Check that if the PIN code has been
entered correctly. If the PIN code has
been entered incorrectly 3 times, the
SIM card will be blocked and you will
need the PUK code to unlock it:

operator for your PUK code).
