3. Place the Stem Clamp on the top of the Front Fork and place
the Handlebar into the Stem Clamp. Tighten the Stem Clamp
using the included Allen Wrench. Make sure the Handlebar is tight
and secure.
Slide the Handlebar into the Stem Clamp. Tighten the Stem Clamp
using the included Allen Wrench. Make sure the Handlebar is tight
and secure.
