Slide the handlebar onto the stem for initial assembly.
Secure the handlebar by tightening the bolt and nut.
Lift the locking lever to begin unfolding the scooter.
Turn the knob counter-clockwise to loosen it for unfolding.
Engage the quick-release lever to allow unfolding.
Pull the stem upwards to the desired position.
Secure the stem by tightening the knob until it clicks.
Fasten the locking lever to ensure the scooter is secured.
Release the stem clamp to allow height adjustment.
Adjust the handlebar to your preferred height and press in.
Secure the handlebar by closing the stem clamp until it clicks.
