A key feature is its multipoint capability, enabling simultaneous connection to two devices, such as a computer and a smartphone, for seamless switching between audio sources. The headset also includes a boom microphone, which can be rotated to either the left or right side, ensuring clear voice pickup during calls. On the JLab GO Work Headset, the main button should be pressed and held for 8 seconds until the lights flash blue/red, indicating it's in pairing mode. Once in pairing mode, users can select "JLab GO Work" from their device's Bluetooth settings to establish a connection.

Multipoint Connectivity:

For multipoint use, the process involves connecting the first device, then turning off its Bluetooth. This automatically puts the GO Work headset back into Bluetooth pairing mode. Users can then connect their second device by entering its Bluetooth settings and selecting "JLab GO Work." To re-establish the connection with the first device, users simply turn its Bluetooth back on and reconnect to "JLab GO Work." This allows for simultaneous connection to two devices, such as a laptop and a smartphone.

• Volume Up/Down: A single press on the respective volume buttons adjusts the audio level.
• Track Forward/Backward: Pressing and holding the volume up or down button for 2+ seconds allows users to skip tracks.

• Reject Incoming Call: Pressing and holding the main button for 1+ second rejects an incoming call.
• Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): A double press of the main button activates the voice assistant.
• Hear Yourself On/Off: A triple press (when on a call) toggles the sidetone feature, allowing users to hear their own voice.
• Switch EQ Voice/Music: Pressing and holding both volume buttons simultaneously switches between voice and music equalization modes, optimizing audio for different content.
• Microphone Mute On/Off: A dedicated button on the boom microphone allows users to mute or unmute their voice during calls.
