When inserting the
batteries make sure they
are the correct way round
The monitor will
automatically be in ‘SCAN’
mode
Press ‘MODE’ to exit from
scan mode, continuously
press to change the display
Press ‘RESET’ to return all
the digits to zero
Press ‘SET’ to increase the
digits on your chosen
setting for your workout
