Verify the connection is fully inserted and the cable is secure. 3. Confirm that the bed is plugged into a power source and the control box green light is on. Also, consider that a thermal overload condition may be the cause. This should self-correct in 2 minutes or less. Remember not to surpass a 10% duty cycle (2 minutes on/18 minutes off).
