If you cannot activate or operate your John Lewis Hob, there might be several reasons: * The hob is not correctly connected to the electrical supply. Check the connection diagram to ensure it's properly connected. * The fuse may have released. If this happens repeatedly, contact a qualified electrician. * You may have touched two or more sensor fields simultaneously. Touch only one sensor field at a time. * There might be water or fat stains on the control panel. Clean the control panel. * Try activating the hob again and setting the heat setting in less than 10 seconds.
