Why is the John Lewis Dryer cycle time too long?
- AAndrew SmithAug 6, 2025
Several factors can cause extended cycle times or unsatisfactory drying results with your John Lewis Dryer. Ensure the laundry weight matches the program's capacity. Also, check if the filter is clean and that the laundry isn't excessively wet before drying—consider spinning it again in the washing machine. The room temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C, ideally 19°C to 24°C. You might also want to set the Time Drying or the Extra Dry programme.
