PANEL FUNCTIONS
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing this Johnson amplifier. Please read this manual
and completely before operating your new amplifier.

HIGH INPUT JACK
This jack is provided for instruments that have an average
output frequency so,
this input will be louder than the Low
Input Jack.
Always use an undamaged, shielded instrument
cable.

LOW INPUT JACK
Connect the cable from your instrument’s output jack to this
jack. This jack is
provided for instruments that have extremely
high outputs that can result in distortion when connected to
High Input Jack.

PRE-SHAPE IN/OUT BUTTON
When depressed, this button serves as a mid-cut control, add-
ing fullness to your sound. Bass and treble frequencies will
be accented.

VOLUME CONTROL
Controls the volume level of the amplifier.

BASS CONTROL
Used to shape the amplifier’s tone by adjusting the bass fre-
quencies.

MIDDLE CONTROL
Used to shape the amplifier’s tone by adjusting the middle fre-
quencies.
