CLEANING
Always remove the plug from the electrical
outlet before proceeding with cleaning or
when the appliance is not in use.
Remove the squeezing cone (B or B+B1),
the support with the filter ring (C) and the
cup (D) immediately after use and wash
all these parts with washing-up liquid and
lukewarm water. If necessary, a soft bri-
stle brush can be used to remove any pulp
residues both from the squeezing cone (B
or B+B1) and from the support with filter
ring (C).
Clean the motor body (E) with a soft damp
cloth or sponge. Never wash the motor
body (E) with water or other liquids. Also
avoid any infiltration of water into the mo-
tor body (E).
Never clean with thinner, benzene, wire
brushes, polishing powder, scouring pads
or scouring pads as they may scratch or
discolor the unit.
The dust cover (A) can be cleaned with
warm soapy water.
Always make sure that all parts of the
appliance are completely dry before reas-
sembling them.
N.B.: cleaning the appliance is easier if it
is done immediately after use.
When you want to store the appliance,
once cleaned and assembled, you can
wind up the cable (Fig. 5) and store it in
the special compartment and cover it, to
protect it from dust, with the lid (A).
