Warranty
This product is guaranteed against any manufacturer defects,
faulty workmanship or faulty material for 24 months after date
of purchase.
This guarantee is only valid if the appliance has been operated in
strict accordance with the safety instructions.
Warranty exclusions:
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear including chips,
scratches, abrasions, discoloration or fading and damage to the
power chord.
• Damage caused by careless or improper transportation.
• Damage caused by misuse of improper voltage and current.
• Damage caused by negligence, carelessness, disassembly or
dropping.
• Damage caused by repair or alteration which is not from the
original manufacturer or its authorized agent.
• Any other damage which by judgment is not defective by materials
or workmanship.
• Damage caused by fuel other than the original JOICO ReconstRx
VaporFuel.
Please note: It is important to clean the plates after use. If the plates
were not cleaned regularly according to the instructions, damage
resulting there from is not covered.
Please note: Neither JOICO nor the salon can be held responsible
for damaged hair. Please use temperature settings appropriate to
your hair type.
All complaints regarding the product should be accompanied by
the original purchase receipt and addressed to your retail outlet or
JOICO Styler vendor.
