Usage Features:
Assembly:
- Open Stroller: To open, separate the storage latch from the storage mount and lift the handle until a click sound indicates it's fully open. Ensure all locking devices are engaged before use.
- Front Wheels: Assemble front wheels to the front legs, ensuring they are securely attached by pulling on the wheel assemblies. They can be disassembled by pulling the release buttons backward.
- Rear Wheels: Remove end caps from the rear axle. Assemble the rear axle assembly to the rear legs, ensuring it's securely attached. Place the rear wheel and washer on one side of the rear axle. Secure the wheel and washer by pushing the straight side of a pin through the hole on the axle; the curve side of the pin must curve around the outside of the axle, and the washer must be between the pin and the wheel. Line up the tabs on the cap with the holes on the wheel and snap the cap onto the wheel to cover the washer and pin.
- Parent Tray: Attach the parent tray to the parent tray mounts on both sides of the handle. Do not place items that may harm the baby or stroller in the parent tray.
- Rotating Child's Tray: Align the rotating child's tray end with the matching component and push down to assemble.
Operation:
- Adjust Recline: To recline, squeeze the recline handle on the back of the seat and pull down on the backrest. To raise, push up. Ensure the recline is set properly.
- Use Rotating Child's Tray: The tray can be pulled up on both left and right sides. To open, press the release button and pull up the tray. This allows for easy placement and removal of the child.
- Use Buckle: To release, press the center button. To lock, match the waist belt buckle with the shoulder buckle and click into the center buckle until a click sound is heard. Always secure the child with the harness to avoid serious injury. Ensure the child is snugly secured with about one hand's thickness space between the child and shoulder harness. Do not cross shoulder belts.
- Use Shoulder & Waist Harnesses: After placing the child, check that the shoulder and waist harnesses are at the proper height and length. Use shoulder harness anchor A and the highest shoulder slots for larger children, and anchor B and the lowest slots for smaller children. Use the slide adjuster to change harness length.
- Adjust Calf Support: The calf support has two positions. Press the adjustment buttons underneath the calf support and rotate it downward or upward.
- Use Front Swivel Lock: Pull up the front swivel locks to maintain the moving direction. Swivel locks are recommended for uneven surfaces.
- Use Brake: To lock wheels, step backward on either brake lever. To release, step forward. The brake must be engaged when placing and removing children, and always applied when the stroller is stopped. Gently rock the stroller backward and forward before releasing the handle to ensure the brake is fully engaged.
- Use Hood: To open, pull the hood towards the front. To fold, pull the hood towards the back.
- Use Tether Strap: Use the tether strap to prevent the stroller from rolling away. To disassemble, select a high position on the handle, wrap the strap around the handle, thread the larger loop through the smaller loop, and pull tight. Check that your hand through the loop allows easy control.
- Fold Stroller: Push the secondary lock and squeeze the one-hand fold handle. Push the stroller forward to fold. Lock the stroller by tucking the storage latch onto the storage mount.
- Use Carry Strap: Securely grab the carry strap for easy transportation.
- Use Rain Cover (Accessory): Place over the stroller and attach the hook and loop fasteners. Before use, ensure the backrest is adjusted to the lowest position and the infant car seat is fastened. Reassemble the parent tray on the handle after the rain cover is assembled. Always check ventilation when using the rain cover. Remove rain cover when not in use, and clean/dry before folding. Do not place the child in the stroller with the rain cover during hot weather.
Maintenance Features:
- Seat Pad: Removable seat pad can be washed in cold water and drip-dried. Do not use bleach.
- Stroller Frame: Clean with household soap and warm water. Do not use bleach or detergent.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.
- Sun/Heat Exposure: Excessive exposure to sun or heat can cause fading or warping of parts.
- Wet Stroller: If the stroller becomes wet, open the hood and allow it to dry thoroughly before storing.
- Squeaky Wheels: Use a light oil (e.g., Silicon Spray, antirust oil, or sewing machine oil) on the axle and wheel assembly.
- Brake System: If the brake pedal is stiff or hard to engage, flush any debris with clean water before lubricating.
- Beach/Dusty/Sandy Areas: After using the stroller at the beach or in areas of high dust/sand, thoroughly clean the stroller to remove sand and salt from brake mechanisms and wheel assemblies.
