A weak vacuum in your Jon-Don Scrubber can occur for several reasons: * The vacuum tank might be full, in which case you should empty it. * The float assembly tank screen could be dirty; clean it with water. * The float ball may be stuck; tap it to unstick it, then clean it. * A vacuum hose might be damaged or loose; attach or replace it. * The dump valve could be open; close it. * The access lid might not be sealed; replace the gasket. * The vacuum hose could be clogged; clear any debris. * The air intake grid could be clogged; clean it. * There might be a leak in the recovery tank; clean and dry the area, then patch it with silicone. * Water might be coming out of the vacuum exhaust; use a low-foaming detergent.

If the pump in your Jon-Don Scrubber isn't running correctly, here are some things to check: 1. Make sure there's power going to the pump by checking the electrical system. 2. Check for any kinks or looseness in the hoses, and replace them if necessary. 6. Snap quick disconnects together, as they may not be completely locked. 7. Flush the heater with a system maintainer or replace it if necessary, as it might be clogged with deposits. 8. Check for clogged jets and clean them if the pump is pulsating. 9.
