Remove all (6) 8mm bolts that secure
OEM cover plate to vehicle (will be
reused)
At dash of OEM cover plate – remove
tab that secures a cable to OEM
cover plate
Remove (2) OEM Trim Panels from
Side of Dash
Slide Rear Mount Plate under OEM
wiring and replace OEM cover plate.
Secure using the 8mm bolts that
were removed earlier
Disconnect (2) 12v outlets and USB/
Line-in plate. Use small at blade
screw driver to remove OEM 12v
outlets and USB/Line-in plate. Set
aside for remounting USB in Jotto
Desk Contour Console
Secure Jotto Desk Dash Mount
Structure into OEM Dash, using the
same hardware removed to take out
the Middle Dash Structure.
Replace OEM Trim Panels, securing
to provided Dash Mount Structure.

Outside of vehicle – secure the Dash
Mount Bracket to the Jotto Desk
Contour Console. Be sure to nger
tighten the bolts to allow adjustability.
Remove Middle/Lower Dash
Structure – by removing 2 (10 mm)
bolts/screws.

Summary

Ford PI Utility Contour Console Installation

Remove OEM Cover Plate Bolts

Remove six 8mm bolts securing the OEM cover plate to the vehicle for reuse.

Disconnect Dash Cable Tab

At the dash, remove a tab securing a cable to the OEM cover plate.

Remove Side Dash Trim Panels

Remove the two OEM trim panels from the side of the dash.

Disconnect 12v Outlets and USB Plate

Disconnect 12v outlets and USB/Line-in plate; set aside for remounting.

Remove Middle Dash Structure

Remove the Middle/Lower Dash Structure by taking out two 10mm bolts/screws.

Install Rear Mount Plate

Slide Rear Mount Plate under wiring, replace OEM cover plate, secure with 8mm bolts.

Secure Dash Mount Structure

Fix Jotto Desk Dash Mount Structure into OEM Dash using existing hardware.

Replace Side Trim Panels

Reinstall OEM Trim Panels, fastening them to the provided Dash Mount Structure.

Attach Dash Mount Bracket to Console

Secure Dash Mount Bracket to Contour Console outside vehicle; finger tighten bolts.

Position and Loosely Secure Console

Place Console in dash, align bracket to Middle Dash Structure. Loosely secure with hardware.

Align Console Mount Points

Ensure Console is inside Rear Mount Plate tabs and adjust for alignment.

Secure Console to Rear Mount Plate

Fasten Console to rear mount plate from the inside, tightening all points.

Remount USB/Line-in Plate

Install USB/Line-in plate into Console and reconnect wiring for outlets/USB.
